Tell us a bit about yourself…
I am very negative when it comes to certain aspects of life, due to some negative incidents in my past. Only my closest friends whom I trust know about them. One of my huge downfalls was cyber-bulling, which made me a very socially awkward person because I was mentally bullied.
I love food at lot, ranging from cheese-baked rice to beverages like bubble tea and coffee. I am a very fussy person when it comes to the word ‘food’! My friends tell me that I am weird, but I think being ‘weird’ is when you just have a different perspective and you think differently.
The reason behind me blogging is because I really wanted a space that I can call mine – something that only I can own, somewhere where I can make my opinions the only ones. Also, somewhere where I could just say what I was thinking without having to worry about people judging me.
What are your inspirations?
My inspirations are everything I see around me, the biggest would be well known bloggers, from Linda to Wendy Cheng. They inspire me a lot with their way of blogging: how bold and daring they are when it comes to voicing their opinions and the hard work that they put in when they are at the computer – typing a post, designing the layout and so on. I can feel the hard work that they put in and that really inspires me.
What’s your favourite piece of work you have produced?
The image Bear (see above) - it was taken the day when one of my childhood dreams of getting a DSLR was fulfilled. I was very happy, and I took a lot of pictures with it! I really like this image because the text basically defines me – a dreamer.
Who is your favourite ‘creative’ in your chosen field?
The same as mentioned above: Linda and Wendy Cheng. Their photography never fails to give me motivation, and they inspire me to blog my thoughts and take pictures of my life.
